The specialists have been mounting steam turbine 35 MWt of turbine plant and panel transformers of Kaluga. The works of gas turbine assembly 75 MWt by General Electric and boiler-utilizer by Austrian Energy & Environment.

TGC-2 jointly with China Huadian Corporation have opened enterprise “Huadyan – Teninskya TEC’office March, 28 management of JSC “TGC-2” - Chairman of board of directors Andrey Korolev, General director JSC “TGC-2” Vladlen Alexandrovich and General director of one China largest corporations - “Huadyan Hong Kong” Fu Veysyn have been meeting with Governor of Yaroslavl region Sergey Vahrukov. The main topic was about the realization of joint project of Steam-gas plant-TEC 450MWt building in Yaroslavl.

TGC-2 delegates have discussed investment project Huadyan – Teninskya Steam-gas plant-TEC during China visit TGC-2 delegates have visited the capital of People"s Republic of China with. Agreement about main specifications of EPC-contract of project Huadyan – Teninskya Steam-gas plant-TEC was reached between Russia and China specialists within the visit to Pekin. TGC-2 delegates also have visited the Pekin TEC within the visit, which is analogous to future Yaroslavl Steam-gas plant-TEC. One of the main Pekin TEC was builded on 2005 on the place of boiler room.
The first Russian-Chinese enterprise would be registered in Yaroslavl region The ratification of foundation agreement about the joint venture Russian-Chinese enterprise “Huadyan – Teninskya TEC’ creation took place in Yaroslavl. JV would include the representatives of JSC “TGC-2” and specialists China Huadian Corporation. JV would realize the project of Steam-gas plant-TEC 450MWt on the area of Teninskya boiler-room.

generating company #2" was approved by the Board of Directors of RAO "UES
of Russia" on 25 February 2005. Public Joint-Stock Company "Territorial
generating company #2" was registered on 19 April 2005 in the city of
Yaroslavl. The Company's Director General is Vladlen Alexandrovich.
