OUR PERSONNEL
According to the data on December 31, 2006 the crew of the company combined of 7899 people, working in executive apparatus and senior management, who entered JSC "TGC-2" E JSC "AGC". 98% of workers of JSC "TGC-2" are permanent workers, 1% - working against terminal labour contract, 1% of workers are by workers.

During the year 2006 one can note the increase in number of employees, though basically, starting from July 1 2006, when the increase in number of workers on payroll amounted to 12,6%.
Both men and women of different nationalities, age, and educational attainment are working for the company. More then 56% of employees are women, and more than 17% of them are on leading positions.
Equal abilities for realization of personal potential are guaranteed to each employee.
The principle of equal base-rate for labour of equal value, which is determined in connection with degree of skills of each employee, complexity of position, quantity and quality of consumed labour, is widely used in the Company.

Specific character of company's activity explains prevalence of employees with specialized secondary education and professional education, which provides qualitative solving of production problems. 1/3 of all the employees have higher education, which also defines high managerial level of supervisory personnel.
The company makes all possible efforts for arrangement of optimal conditions for realization and development of professional potential of its employees. Means, which are directed to learning and professional development of the employees, are considered by JSC "TGC-2" as reasonable and necessary investments.
In order to implement assigned tasks the company created Training Center. Its activity will gradually involve all categories of employees. In addition, Training Center will contribute to development of integrated corporate culture, become a party to elaboration and distribution of corporative management standards and integrated understanding of company's strategy.
Rather significant is a contribution by JSC "TGC-2" to "population income per capita" in regions of presence. The company usually pays wages, which are 1,5 or 2 times higher than cash income per capita" in regions of JSC "TGC-2" presence.

Growth of wage in 2006 versus 2005 in connection with growth of minimum monthly wage rate amounted to 11,5%. Starting from January 1 2007 iioo increased by 12,4% in comparison with iioo in 4th quarter of 2006. Minimum base wage rate for first grade labor of JSC "TGC-2" increased from 2381 to 2403 rubles during second half-year of 2006. Base wage rates are kept on the level, regulated by Industry Tariff Agreement.
Currently used in company system of individual additional payments and bonuses allows to take into account intensity of individual work, worker's field experience, workmanship, attitude to labor and other factors, which stand him out against other employees of the company. PHOTO 11.
Being at the stage of infancy, the Company realizes the importance of internal traditions shaping. And with it, values, generally accepted in the Company, are already shaped and sounds in the following way:
"Every employee of the Company must aspire to achievement of highest possible results of labor; be sparing with working hours; behave irreproachably; exclude deviations of ethical regulations and underprop goodwill and image of the Company in business circles both during working and off hours; not come to commercial relations (directly or indirectly) with third parties, if that can bring to infringement of The Company's interests or impair its business reputation; be tactful and not spread information, which affects private life, honor and dignity of other employees of the Company; be benevolent and open to each other; aspire to perfection of professional knowledge and skills, support corporate culture and corporative values."
On the matter of employees' labor rights guarantee JSC "TGC-2" is guided by labour legislation of Russian Federation, Industry Tariff Agreement, "Collective agreement".
Industry Tariff Agreement - an agreement between employees and employers, developed by Board of representatives of primary trade-union units All-Russian "ELECTROUNION"
ioo reflects all reciprocal rights and responsibilities of employees and employers. 19 August 2004 a group had signed iOOAOIA?IA OAOE?IIA OICIAUAIEA for 2005-2006. Before signing ioo concordance and discussion in all groups was held. Significant to note, that ioo plays major role in the Company's economy and employment relationships, and is the principal document, which serves as a base to "Collective agreement".
The difference between 3 listed above documents is that each subsequent document has no opportunity to worse employees' conditions in comparison with the previous one, therefore - Collective Agreement improves employees' rights in comparison with ioo, and ioo in turn improves working conditions, fixed in Labour Code.
Thus JSC "TGC-2"'s "Collective agreement" provides triple protection to its employees.
"Collective agreement" is one of the fundamental documents, regulating The Company's activity within sphere of compliance of employees' labour rights to working hours regime and rest hours, remuneration of labour, exemption, pledging of security and compensations, on the matter of providing labour protection and health and other matters. Laborious collaboration with trade unions on generating "Collective Agreement" provides employees' social security and leading solutions of social issues. "Collective Agreement" is registered in Authority of citizen social assistance and labor safety of city halls in cities of presence. All employees of JSC "TGC-2" are covered by "Collective agreement".
JSC "TGC-2" takes care of its employees also during off time:

- Support of mass physical education, training and sport, employees are actively drawn in movement for healthy life-style.

JSC "TGC-2" keeps taking care of its retirees and veterans, does not forget them.
Moneyed assistance and care for war veterans and veterans of work - significant component of JSC "TGC-2" social policy.
The Company gives monthly material support to non-working pensioners, who are on old-age pension, and to preretirement age people who retired early, and also to non-working pensioners, who had retired earlier in connection with systemic disease.
