Question:
I am currently an AGC shareholder. Could you please tell me when AGC and TGC-2 merger might take place? On what corporate procedures does it depend and when is it planned to be conducted? Would the AGC-to-TGC-2 share conversion ratio be reconsidered?

Answer:
In the end of March the Board of Directors of RAO UES of Russia made a decision about following the earlier approved scheme of merge. It means that al corporate procedures already made by the Company are in the same power, and conversion ratio will not be reconsidered. Date of Merge - May 1st, 2007.

I am a shareholder of "Arkhangelsk Generating Company", but currently live in Kaliningrad. Could you tell me where I can get information about the amount of shares that I hold in TGC-2 as a result of AGC share conversion?

Dear Antonina Ivanovna! Public JSC "Arkhangelsk Generating Company" is not yet merged with JSC "Territorial Generating Company - 2", and thus conversion of Public JSC "AGC" shares to TGC-2 additionally issued shares. You can calculate share size you will get after conversion using ratios that can be found in CBR issue approval on company site: http://www.tgc-2.ru:8101/investor/securities.html

Speaking of information about private enterprises that can be involved in purchase and sell of shares, it is best to refer to them first-hand. However, usually private enterprises wait for shares' entry to a market in order to know formal quotation, rather than firstly start purchase and sell of shares.
