Forms and contents of reporting

Annual reporting of non-financial risks management is The Social Responsibility Reporting of TGC-2. The Company plans to make the edition of this report a tradition of the Company.

Information, contained in the Report, allows to get acquainted with the current and perspective situation on the initiatives of the Company in the field of maintenance of ecological balance, personnel policy, support of organizational, technological and price availability of thermal and electric energy for its consumers, competition assistance and corruption prevention when developing business-contacts, corporate management development, formation of new investment process, participation in socio-economic development in the regions of presence.

The report content meets the recommendations "Report instructions in the context of sustainable development of Global Reporting (version G3)".

The choice of the form and content of the report on the basis of "Instruction:" stipulates by active usage of given standard in world business community, and also by that GRI Management gives an opportunity to create integrated reporting system, while suggested report from accords with wide range of objectives, which are urgent for JSC "ТГК-2".

The main objective of GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) is an expansion of general approach to reporting, which represents economic, ecological and social effectiveness of the Company's activity. The usage of GRI instruction with regard to sustainable development promotes the determination of bounds and criteria of corporate social responsibility in the course of information disclosure.

GRI made it possible to achieve preciseness and accuracy of reports. Wide use of GRI instruction results in creation of comparable reports in the context of to sustainable development for wide range of organizations in various regions.

At the present time GRI instruction is used by largest foreign companies, such as Citigroup, Ford, General Motors, Intel etc. More and more Russian companies disclose information on their economic, ecologic and social activity in the manner of reports of sustainable development.

The process of social responsibility Report preparation.

Reporting process control. The task group for preparation of social report is formed in JSC "TGC-2". The group includes leading managers and specialists of the Company, who are responsible for sustainable development matters.

The process of JSC "TGC-2" social responsibility Report preparation is formalized: report generation schedule is developed and approved.

Report verification. JSC "TGC-2" is responsible for the information, included into report. The first report of JSC "TGC-2" social responsibility was prepared on the basis of reporting Instruction in the context of sustainable development of Global Reporting Initiative (version G3)

Involving the parties concerned.
During the pipeline of JSC "TGC-2" social responsibility report for 2006 the interested parties were not involved directly. However JSC "TGC-2" reviewed the key interested parties and targeted audience, as well as their probable interests.
