PJSC "TGC-2" is the largest power Company which is engaged in manufacture of heat and electric energy

The structure of Company's power economy is rather difficult and specific. One of features of such production is its continuity, i.e. the production cycle is organized in such manner that power manufacture and consumption occurs simultaneously and without interruption, thus consumers and producers of power are literally partners.

Work with heat energy consumers is one of PJSC "TGC-2" priority courses. Power sales work is aimed on the maximum satisfaction of comfortable service consumer requirements.

Consumers of Company's heat energy are industrial consumers, wholesale resellers, Buildings Upkeep Boards (Housing Cooperatives, Housing Cooperatives, Steering Committee), and individuals (population).

The order of Company's mutual relations with heat energy consumers is defined by heat supply contracts. It means that PJSC "TGC-2" is obliged to deliver heat energy to any diligent physical or legal body addressed.

The company conducts dialogue with the consumer in order to achieve deep understanding of his interests and requirement. In order to maintain principles of public knowledge realization, work openness, accepted measures efficiency of work with consumers in each region of Company's presence since 2006 regional headquarters which handles with consumers' references are created, are their structure includes representatives of PJSC "TGC-2" sales divisions, Russian Federal Service for Ecological, Technical and Atomic Supervision (Rostekhnadzor) and the distributive electro network companies.

Also PJSC "TGC-2" co-operates with consumers by circulars, personal meetings of Company's representatives with consumers, publications in mass-media, messages of all regional Head Departments on their web-sites and the electronic conferences organization in order to receive "feedback" from the consumer.

PJSC "TGC-2" appreciates its diligent consumers and tries to stimulate partner relations. One of such appreciation forms is "Gold support" contest - competition of the disciplined heat power consumers. Winners and laureates are revealed in four categories of heat power consumers: industrial enterprises, state-financed organizations, small business enterprises and housing cooperatives. Accurate performance of power supply contracts conditions, first of all up to date payment for the received energy, energy consume modes observance, energy saving technologies introduction, breakdowns absence - are the main criteria on which competition winners are defined.

In parallel with the most responsible the worst consumers that regularly break treat obligations are named. They receive special "anti-prizes" - felt boots.

Understanding the importance of its production PJSC "TGC-2" gives no-break power supply to the industrial enterprises. The company concludes heat supply contract with the "Technological and emergency reservation" appendix with such category of consumers. The reservation size is underlined in power supply contract of and cannot be violated by the energy supplier. Large industrial consumers, such as Yaroslavl "YANOS", Severodvinsk "Zvezdochka", Novgorod "AKRON", etc. have the emergency reservation.

For socially-significant consumers (residential houses, schools, boarding schools, children's homes, public health services objects, and sports organizations) current legislation provides special, with longer terms start of restriction and switching-off sanctions application of such consumer. In relation to them after 2 month payment delay and after the corresponding notice the restriction sanctions on heat supply of hot water are applied. Switching-off of heating of such consumers is not applicable.

As for electric power consumers PJSC "TGC-2" does not perform direct electro supply of consumers. Electric power delivery is executed within the limits of spot trade on the day-ahead market (depersonalized), and also within the limits of bilateral financial contracts of electric power and capacity delivery with large consumers - also participants of day-ahead market: power sales companies and large consumers (factories etc.). Mutual relations with counterparts on day-ahead market are strictly regulated by the Russian legislative base.

In spite of the fact that Company off-loads electric power on wholesale market, actual electric power consumers are regions' industrial and household consumers.

In the long term the development of its relations with electric power consumers PJSC "TGC-2" is aimed on:

→ Development of long-term relations by means of the long-term free bilateral contracts conclusion on electric power delivery (with an open price) to participants of the wholesale electric power market (power sales companies, industrial enterprises);

→ Assistance to the entrance of the industrial enterprises attached to company's Heat Power Plant busline (about 30 % of Company's Heat Power Plant productive supply) to the electric power wholesale market and the conclusion of direct free bilateral contracts on electric power delivery with them.
