TGC-2 is actively using methods of attracting young specialists for work in the company. There's a program on attracting young specialists for years 2007-2008, which had been approved and is working in the Company. Young specialists have great opportunity to start a successful career in one of the biggest companies on the North of Russia, where large attention is being paid on long-term personnel development. Company has the following guaranties for young specialists:

  • Full payment for of habitable premises (non-residents);
  • After 1 year of work in the Company young specialist gets a right of obtaining target loan on dwelling place, according the procedure as it is written in Stipulation about corporate assistance and support of the personnel of TGC-2;
  • For more deep training young specialist may be sent to courses of professional improvement in one of educational centers, according approved program f young specialists' training.

Requirements: TGC-2 will consider university alumni/university seniors, who are good in working on computers, able quickly assume big amount of information, with strong communicative and analytical skills, willing to realize their artistic and professional potential.

Considering the importance of adaptation of specialists who has been taken on job in TGC-2, there's a program that had been approved and is functioning in the company; program includes sequential list of periods of acquaintance of newcomers with activity of the Company and its personnel. Successful realization of adaptation program provides significant increasing qualitative level of personnel work related to professional orientation and assists to employee adaptation to work collective, norms of behavior and relationship in new collective.
