	Tarasenko Yuriy Alekseyevich Electric unit master in CAB of TGC-2 Novgorod Region. Began his work in Novgorod CHPP in 1992. Contributed a lot to performing actions of reconstruction, modernization, and modernizing technical arsenal of power electric equipment and technologic departments of the station. With his direct and active participation there were new water electrolytic generators that had been integrated into working process. He also participated in conducting the reconstruction of power electric part of APCS - steam generating units, makeup demineralization. He is of deserved respect in the collective. His labor was multiply awarded by the company.
	Makarov Valentin Ivanovich 6th grade electrical/gas welder of repair sector in CAB of TGC-2 Novgorod Region. Works at Novgorod CHPP since 1995. On-time and professionally conducted repair of equipment which had been performed with his participation led prevented onset and development of serious damaging situations, as well as equipment failures. Valentin Ivanovich is actively sharing his wide professional experience with young generation of unit. He is considered to be a great authority figure and deservedly respected within the collective. During long-term and considerate work he was multiply awarded by Company Honor Certificates.
