Personnel training

There's a program of personnel training that has been developed and is being actively used for the formation and maintenance of high personnel qualification level, as well as creation of personnel TGC-2 reserve. Personnel Training Program is aimed on realization of one Company most prioritized objective - formation of complex approach to personnel training; this objective includes all personnel categories of TGC-2, from average employees to top managers. TGC-2 cooperates with universities of Moscow, St.Petersburg, Vologda, Ivanovo, Arkhangelsk, Yaroslavl. In 2006 there were overall trained: managers - 326, Company specialists - 215, workers - 707. (out-service training)
