Code of employees' professional ethics

Basic principle that should be taken as a key rule by every Company employee, no matter what occupation he/she has or what kind of duties he/she performs, - to respect Company interests. While working in the company, we are to:

1. pursue to achievement of maximal results in work;
2. constructively resolve problems that arise, for reaching goals set by the Company;
3. Use work time properly;
4. behave unquestionably, do not let any shifts of ethical standards and maintain positive reputation and image of the Company in business circles during working/non-working time;
5. Avoid any actions that can be interpreted as protection or any other action that provides privileges and advantages for separate enterprise, organization or its personnel;
6. Do not enter into agreement with third parties, if directly or indirectly it might infringe upon Company interests or damage its business reputation;
7. be thoughtful and do not spread any information concerning personal life, reputation, or honor of other Company employees;
8. be good-natured and open-minded towards each other;
9. pursue to perfection own professional knowledge and skills
10. support corporate culture and corporate values. Every employee accepts his/her own responsibility for following the principles stated by this Code.
