Dear colleagues!

Personnel participation in company work on all levels starts with open sharing of opinions relating to particular business aspects, and overall company performing as well. Our company is pursuing towards continuous self-improvement, many things are changing now, and will keep doing so. TGC-2 is surely interested in its employees' opinion about changes that are being performed in the company.

We guess every one of you have something in mind, like:

• How to make the work of TGC-2 more effective;
• What problems we have and how we can resolve them.

Maybe, by keeping silent and limiting it to a chat with colleagues and close people, you wouldn't find out something important and wouldn't do something that could change your life and life of the company.
