Contract of energy supply
Contract of energy supply is signed by the energy supplying company and consumer, who wishes to receive heat through the connected heat network.
Energy supplying company is obliged to provide energy in the amount, specified by the energy supply contract. It must follow the supply conditions, approved by the parties. The amount of the energy provided to and used by the consumer is determined in accordance with the actual consumtion accounting data. The consumer is obliged to pay for the received energy, as well as to follow the energy consumption mode determined by the contract, provide the maintenance safety of the energy networks used and secure operability of devices and equipment associated with energy consumption.
