TGC-2 opened hot line for the heat consumers.

On the treshold of a new cold season PJSC Territorial Generating Company #2 (TGC-2) opened hot line for the heat consumers. TGC-2 representatives will be giving expert advices concerning the procedure and conditions of heating start up in the regions of the company's presence. Separate phone lines were assigned for these purposes.

In order for consumers to receive permittion for the heat link up the following requirements should be fulfilled:

• sign contract with PJSC TGC-2 on heat supply and energy consumption (if not yet signed);
• pay off debts for the heat energy consumption (if any);
• fill out written request for heating start up at PJSC TGC-2 subscriber department;
• receive coordinated document proving technical readiness for cold season.

In case of absence of the documents listed above, start up of internal heat supply systems will be considered unauthorized.

All of the information concerning heating start up including the schedule and progress of connecting particular apartment buildings will be posted in special sections of PJSC TGC-2 web site (www.tgc-2.ru ). Using this web site TGC-2 consumers can also address their questions or concerns, answers to this questions will be given shortly. Except the hot line and the web site consumers can also address their questions in person to company's sales departments.

PJSC TGC-2 is confident, that these measures will allow a more complete consumer informing about procedures leading to the heating start-up. They will help to avoid all possible conflicts and successfully enter the cold season. Company's specialists put a lot of effort into preparations for the maximum load of 2007-2008 season, and hope to see the consumers in their turn fulfilling obligations to TGC-2.

TGC-2 held a meeting to summarize the results of the energy sales for the first half of 2007.

Sales Deputy Director General Anatoliy Pokatilov reported the heat energy sales results for the 1st half of the year 2007. According to the PJSC TGC-2 business plan for the 1st half of 2007 (including Archangelsk) the sales level equals to 100.9 %. Accounts receivable for heat energy have increased by RUB164.4 mln (5.7%) and now constitute RUB3029,4 mln. The reasons for the debt increase were announced to be insufficient payments of the Housing and Public Utilities boards, Wholesale trading enterprises, and state-financed companies.

Priority business directions for the heat energy sales in thе 2nd half of the year 2007 were determined during the meeting. Among them are decreasing the amount of receivables, promoting payment discipline, redempting debts of heat energy consumers according to the approved schedule of debt redemption. It is also the contract relations perfection and building positive relations with federal institutions and regional administrations.

Severodvinsk sales department of Archangelsk Central Administrative Board was given as positive example of consumers service. Considering this experience TGC-2 plans to create a work group for developing suggestions and conducting activities connected with debtors.

PJSC TGC-2 electric energy sales volume is now RUB5.99 bln, sales plan is 106.3% complete. Accounts receivable for the energy on the wholesale market have increased RUB741 mln and now are RUB762 mln. This includes PJSC TGC-2 Archangelsk Central Administrative Board where debts have increased by RUB614 mln due to the failure of State to subsidize sales companies for electric energy. These debts will be payed off after the subsidizations from the federal budget (approximately in the end of the year).
