According to subcluase 1) item 10.2. article 10 of the Articles of association of the Society concerns the competence of General meeting of shareholders a question on modification and additions in the Articles of association or the Articles of association statement in a new wording.
According to subcluase 19) item 10.2. article 10 of the Articles of association of the Society concerns the competence of General meeting of shareholders a question on the statement of the internal documents regulating activity of bodies of the Society.
According to subcluase 17) item 15.1. article 15 of the Articles of association of the Society concerns the competence of Board of directors a question on the statement of internal documents of the Society defining an order of formation and use of funds of the Society.
According to subclause 19) clause 15.1. article 15 of the Articles of association of the Society concerns the competence of Board of directors a question on the statement of internal documents of the Society, except for the internal documents which statement is carried to the competence of General meeting of shareholders, and also other internal documents which statement is carried to the competence of executive powers of the Society.
According to subcluase 54) clause 15.1. article 15 of the Articles of association of the Society concerns the competence of Board of directors a question on the statement of positions on Committees of Board of directors of the Society.
